Easter Bonnets:

The children enjoyed a windy walk to church and those with fabulous bonnets thankfully managed to keep them on! "Hold onto your hats!" was heard many times on our route! On our return to school, the children took part in a Easter bonnet parade in the hall and Mrs Newell judged Archie to be the winner in our class. Well done Archie and everyone who created a fantastic Easter bonnet!

Maths

The children have been measuring carefully this week. We have been learning how to use a ruler and to measure a range of objects accurately in centimetres. We have enjoyed lots of practical activities while we have practised these important skills. 

History 

We completed our learning about the Great Fire of London by creating posters showing all our knowledge and an interactive quiz.
