Week 4
St Andrew’s Day 2023
As part of our St Andrew’s Day celebrations, we enjoyed an informative collective worship lead by our Year 6 House Captains. In the afternoon, we used maps to identify Scotland and the other countries within the United Kingdom including their capital cities. We also explored some Scottish traditions. Finally, we created fact files and collages of Scotland’s national symbol, the thistle.
