In English we have read The Lion Hunt, the children are writing their own version - The Polar Bear Hunt. In preparation for writing the children experienced their very own polar bear hunt in the Arctic. They walked through slippy ice, crunchy snow, a freezing blizzard, a long tunnel and a dark cave to find the polar bear!
In Art the children are learning about the artist Kandinsky. They have painted their own abstract painting in the style of Kandinsky. They experiemented with colour mixing and painted whilst listening to music.
