Week 4
In science we learnt about the heart and the circulatory system. The children (who wished to participate) thoroughly enjoyed a practical dissection lesson lead by Mr Wallis.
In English - the children were asked to write a letter in role as the main character, Elliot, from our class text, Who Let the Gods out. The purpose of the letter was to tell their friend (who had moved away) what had been happening to Elliot these past few days.
In History the children learnt about the life and influence of Alexander the Great.
In Maths - the children were calculating percentages of amounts.
In Art, our pots are looking great in their base coat orange ready for decoration next week…
