Week 2
Science - this week we started our new topic all about the Human Body and how it functions. This lesson we learn about the form and function of our skeleton. The lesson included a race to construct and label a skeleton and a challenge to create the tallest structure to hold a ball above the table.
In Art we continued our exploration of Ancient Greek pottery. Having focussed on the geometric patterns last week, this week we looked more closely at the scenes depicted on the pots and what they represented and then we had a go at drawing one for ourselves. It was more difficult drawing animals and people but we’re very proud of the results!
