Week 7
In DT this week the children have finished making their soft toy alien. They worked really hard learning how to sew and then designed and made their own alien in underpants.
For Black History Month the children listened to stories about the Windrush, we talked about how the people would have felt on the journey to Britain. The children used an atlas to locate the Caribbean islands and to colour the Caribbean flags.
In ICT this week the children have logged into Purple Mash and been learning how to code.
In Maths the children have been learning to tell the time including o'clock, half past, quarter past and quarter to times.
