Week 5 Design and Technology

After tasting a selection of salads last week, we decided to make our own version of a cous cous salad. 

We focussed on 2 important areas: 

1. To wash our hands and prepare our surfaces thoroughly. 
2. To use a knife safely using a bridge or claw grip. 

It was a successful afternoon where we all enjoyed our learning, took part in making a healthy salad and had the recipe to take home to make again with our families. Please also see a copy of the recipe below.
