Friday 20th September 

This week in 5/6B we have been continuing with our maths on Place Value. Well done to those children who have completed their Mathletics homework to reinforce their learning. In English we have used drama to continue our work on "Night of the Gargoyles" whilst beginning to write our own versions of the narrative poem. 

In the afternoons we have taken part in a variety of activities to learn about and reflect on our school vision. We were invited to Church on Tuesday afternoon where we learnt about the story of St Paul whilst looking at the stained glass window showing his life story. We were then able to take part in many creative activities linked to this. In school we have made links between our School Vision and Values and the story of St Paul. 

Our Values Certificate winner this week is Bledi who has been challenging himself to complete work in every lesson as well as sharing his ideas with the whole class. Well done Bledi, keep it up!
