All Things Wild - Friday 18th March 2022

Year 1 and Year 2s first school trip. It's been a long time coming and we were so pleased that we had perfect trip weather. After many calls of "are we there yet?" we arrived after being slightly delayed by Cheltenham traffic. We enjoyed all the animals and park areas. Many of the animals seemed to be having a lie in to start with, but eventually they awoke and provided the children with so much joy. I especially loved the beavers and loved seeing how much the children enjoyed being with their friends, sharing a great day out.

We had the opportunity to find out and hold an armadillo and  gecko and saw prairie dogs, meerkats, zebras and camels amongst others.

Obviously we all enjoyed our picnic lunches and obviously we enjoyed all the play areas, including the old army vehicles in the dinosaur park  (no idea why they were there mind). With the added drama of a flat coach tyre before we left to return to school, I hope everyone will remember their first school trip. Many thanks to all the adults who joined us. We do appreciate it!

Not as many photos as I had hoped; just too busy enjoying the sights!
