It has been lovely to see everyone back after the Easter break. In English we have started our new book Escape from Pompeii, the children used the illustrations and text to imagine being in Pompeii using all of their senses. 

In Science we started our new topic of electricity, the children had the opportunity to make a circuit, take a plug apart and put it back together, and to play with battery operated toys. We talked about where electricity comes from and how to be safe with electricity.
