We have had a great first week back. In Maths the children have been learning about fractions, we recapped our learning by cutting pancakes into quarters and thirds, and then enjoyed eating the equal parts! We then went on to learn about tenths. 

The children really enjoyed World Book Day, they relished the opportunity to read their favourite book and to discuss it with their friends. They particularly enjoyed the Masked Reader (see video below) where they had to guess which teacher was reading! They were also very good at answering the questions in the book quiz.
