This week we celebrated Children's Mental Health Week with the theme of "Growing Together".  We took part in a different activity everyday to reflect upon and grow our character strengths such as determination, resilience, kindness, bravery and encouraging others.   We even challenged ourselves to learn some British Sign Language!  

Monday -       How I've Grown - we reflected upon an area we had improved in since September and what character strengths we had
                      used.

Tuesday -      YolanDa Brown - we listened to a message from this Cbeebies Band Jam presenter about her growth story.

Wednesday - Reach for the Stars! - After dancing around to S Club 7, we each picked a goal we wanted to focus on moving forward.
Thursday -     Andy Lewis MBE - we listened to a message from this European, World and Paralympic Champion about his growth story.

                      Saying Thank you - We then wrote to someone to express our gratitude for helping us to grow our character strengths.

We celebrated Safer Internet Day this week by recapping our previous learning about keeping ourselves safe online.  We worked in groups of 3  and created some fantastic posters as reminders.  We hope you enjoy looking at them below:
