Week ending 25.11.22
Maths
We completed addition problems with the stem sentences provided and used equipment to help us. We used a part-whole model to scaffold our learning.

Geography
We looked at aerial images of our school and identified what they were showing. We were able to recognise the car park, KS1 and KS2 playground and the field. We then went on to look at the landmarks in Leamington Spa to create a journey line. We drew landmarks such as Jephson Gardens and the Royal Pump Rooms.

Science
This week we sorted out the picture cards (showing everyday materials) into transparent or opaque. We were able to recall that transparent means see-through and opaque means you can't see through it.
