1. The children have discussed having a Buddy Bench for the school, they looked at a range of different benches and decided together which one they wanted. We will discuss fundraising for this during the next School Council meeting. 

2. Frank suggested having kindness signs/posters around the school to remind and encourage everyone to be kind - he thought the children could make these for their classrooms/ areas within school. 

3. All the children suggested some new clubs that could be added, such as basketball, ICT and reading. 

4. The children want to ensure that the school is kept clean so they would like to have litter pickers on the playground and support and encourage other students to put their rubbish in the bin. 

5. Ms Berte joined us for the meeting and explained to the children there would be a lady coming into school to plant some wild flower seeds. The children were very enthusiastic about helping with this. They discussed ways they could protect the seeds and flowers, such as possibly making a boundary around them and speaking to the whole school in Collective Worship. 

6. Mrs Jefferies has been explaining to everyone about recycling plastic. The School Council were very keen to help with this and they thought they could make some posters about recycling plastic at school and support the everyone to know which item goes into which bin. 

7. Additional ideas brought to the School Council: 

- Mirrors in the bathrooms. 

- Additional playground equipment.
