In English this week, we have been writing our non-chronological reports all about foxes. Everyone has worked hard to include clear sections with subheadings and relevant facts. Pictures, captions and fun facts have also been added.

In History, we looked at another source of historical evidence, the Magna Carta, to learn about the past. We learned that The Magna Carta was a charter that King John of England agreed on with the Feudal Barons. We thought about what a ‘democracy’ is and how the Magna Carta was the first step to Britain becoming one. In small groups, we thought about whether the King should keep his powers or whether the Church and Barons should have a greater say. We shared our ideas.
