In Science this week the children have been learning about safety with electricity and made a safety poster. 

In English we have continued our book Escape from Pompeii, the children used a thesaurus to look up synonyms for the verb shake and then wrote their own poems and performed them to the class. They did a fantastic job.

In Maths the children have been adding and subtracting 3 digit numbers, learning to check their answers and to estimate calculations.

In P.E the children all ran 400m - there are some strong runners in the class!
