It has been another unusual week, we have missed everyone who has been having to self-isolate. For those who were well enough to learn at home - well done for all your hard work. 

In Maths we have been focusing on adding and subtracting 3 digit numbers with exchange. 

In English the children have made their own Dragon Top Trump cards - which they are looking forward to playing with. We learnt about the features of a persuasive letter and the children are writing their own to Gobber the Belch to persuade him to let them join the Dragon Initiation Programme. 

In Science we carried out an investigation about which surface creates the most friction. The children tested bubble wrap, carpet, sandpaper and wood, they made a prediction and thought about how to make it a fair test. 

4C have challenged us to a battle on Times Table Rock Stars, the children need to complete the quizzes to score points and we have until next Friday to try and score more than 4C! Those of you learning at home please try and help us get lots of points.
