Week 3
Values Week
This week is Values Week at St Paul's. During the week we will be reflecting on our school core values of encouraging, challenging, brave, kind, thankful and thoughtful as well as our vision of ‘Let the little children come to me’ (Matthew 19:14a).
We will be helping the children to build on their understanding of the meaning of our values and vision statement through discussion and a range of art and literacy activities. We would encourage you to build on this at home through discussions with your children. Our class will be focusing on the values of Brave and Kind.
English
In English this week we have started looking at our new text Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert. Today we went outside to gather leaves and created our own pictures using the leaves we had collected.
