This week has been Children's Mental Health week with the theme of growing together. The children have thought about how they have improved in an area and what the character strengths they have used. We then thought about a goal for the future and how they will achieve it. The children then thought about who they would like to say thank you to for helping them grow their strengths. On Friday it was 'Dress to Express Day' the children all looked amazing and we celebrated everyone's uniqueness. We talked about being kind, creative, brave and being you. 

In Maths the children have been learning to divide with remainders, the children investigated how many triangles you could make with 7/10/13 lolly sticks and how many remainders you would have. They then tried it with 13/17 lolly sticks to make squares and pentagons. 

In Science the children investigated the different strength of magnets, they worked collaboratively to make a maze and then used magnets under the paper to make a paperclip move through their maze.
