We hope you all had a wonderful half term and managed to spend a lot of time outside. The weather was a bit crazy-Arctic temperatures on the Saturday then, by last weekend, we finallly had some sunshine!
Monday was exciting as we all got the news that we have been waiting for. St Paul's school will be open for everyone on Monday 8th March! Mrs Williams, Mrs Wellicome, Mrs Curran and I are so, so excited to see all of you face-to-face very soon. It has been such a long time since we have all been together and school has not been the same. We can't wait to hear your laughter and your stories and see your smiling faces. There will be more information for you and your parents in this weeks newsletter so make sure you keep an eye out for that.
This week it has been great to catch up with all of you during our Teams sessions. BINGO has remained the favourite with our Thursday session and it was lovely to be re-acquainted with your pets again! Mrs Williams and I love to see you all and hear how excited you are to return to school.
Next week we have got St David's Day and World Book Day to look forward to. Remember that Mrs Williams and I can only do TEAMS on Monday and Thursday next week because we are teaching in school on Tuesday and Friday.
On Monday you will be doing some fun St David's Day activities and, if you wish to dress up for World Book Day this will be a chance for us to all see your costume and we can even vote for our favourite, chocolate bar for the winner! Remember, your costume doesn't have to be your current favourite book as we appreciate buying new props is quite a challenge at the moment!
As always please keep sending the work you are doing through to us by email or on Teams. We look every day and continue to be proud of everything you achieve.
Have a lovely weekend!
Stay safe and speak soon,
Mrs Young and Mrs Williams
