Hello 5/6A!

I hope you are all well. I am missing our french time together! Here’s some things you could look at and try, based on the topics we would have been doing this half term. I’d love to hear from you if you’d like to send me any work you’ve done or just to tell me how you got on.

The last thing we were looking at other than Christmas was how to say that you play various sports and then if you like or dislike them? Now it would be great to extend that to a much wider range of hobbies and phrases to be able to talk/write more widely about what you like/don’t like to do in your spare time.

Have a look at:

Remember to click on the speaker icon to hear each word. There is a short quiz at the bottom which you can use to see what you have understood/remembered.

Then watch:

Using these resources (and others you can find online/apps like duo lingo if you would like), have a go at writing your own paragraph about what you do and don’t like doing in your spare time. Don’t forget there’s also google translate if you get stuck on a particular phrase you would like to use!

Stay safe and I hope to see you again soon!
